Before submitting a file, please make sure you own all legal and moral rights over its contents.

For example, vocabulary lists found in books and other works may be copyright-protected, especially if the selection and arrangement of the data (e.g. by categorization) or the supplementary information provided (e.g. translations, examples of use) constitutes an original intellectual creation. The same holds for databases, as well as for the word stock introduced lesson by lesson in language-learning textbooks and courses.

Moreover, when you publish a file, it is commended to make clear which rights over the file you are granting to the users and which ones you reserve for yourself. Please include a copyright notice in your file. You have several options, including the following:
