My email address has changed
Would you like to receive future upgrades at a different email address? Please remember that our main concern is to prevent anyone from stealing your identity and your license rights.
In such a case, you have several options to choose from:

Send us an email from your old email account and tell us your new email address. |
|

B. |
Send us an email from any account specifying the following information:

Your old Registration Key (found in our email "VTrain X.X. License") |
|
|
Your old email address |
|
|
Your new email address |
|

C. |
Send us an email from any account and tell us the exact date of registration and the payment method (if applicable). |

D. |
If you have lost your Registration Key and have no access to your old email account, we can send you a new Registration Key by registered mail to the Street Adress you specified when you
registered. In this case, a shipping & handling fee applies. |

|
E. |
In the unlikely event that you lost your Registration Key and both your
email address and your street address have changed, we would need a proof of identity as a prerequisite to re-sending
the Key, in order to prevent third parties from stealing your Key. |
